We’re proud to support Cobbled Nights again in 2026

A personal post today - Yarmouth and I honoured to support Cobbled Nights again in 2026 to Beat Cancer.

As many people know, Drew Ginn OAM, is a friend, a former teammate, and someone I’ve admired and been inspired by for over 33 years. His strength, purpose, and relentless drive - on the water and off it, have always stood out. But what’s most powerful now is what Drew continues to build beyond sport: a movement that brings people together to fight a battle that touches every one of us.

Cobbled Nights It’s not just another event on the calendar, it’s a statement. A stand. A celebration of life and community, all anchored by a mission that matters: beating cancer.

Drew’s motivation is deeply personal. He lost both his parents to cancer - his mum when he was just 12, and his dad more recently. That loss fuels everything he does in this space. And if you’ve ever been around him when he speaks about this, you’ll know he’s not doing this for recognition. He’s doing it because it matters. Because it saves lives. Because he believes in the power of people coming together to do something bigger than themselves.

Cobbled Nights 2026 brings Melbourne’s iconic art, music and laneway spirit to life and is a proud supporter of Tour de Cure.

Street art / exquisite food and wine/ live music, magic, and movement / a celebration of cycling and community. And most importantly, a room full of people with a shared purpose to Beat Cancer.

Funds raised go directly to Tour de Cure, a Tier 1 registered Australian charity that funds breakthrough cancer research, support, and prevention programs. This is fundraising focused on tangible outcomes, real-world impact, and hope.

Tour de Cure has funded ~200 major cancer breakthroughs, 1200 cancer projects have been backed, and $150 million of funds have been raised for research in 19 years.

This year’s event will features special guests Dave Hughes and Tania de Jong AM with Mark Beretta as MC and Stephen Smith of Marshall White as the event’s charity auctioneer.

We’ve all been touched by cancer. We all know someone. A parent. A friend. A colleague. A neighbour.

Cancer doesn’t discriminate. But neither does generosity, nor community, nor action.

Let’s stand beside the incredible Cobbled Nights for Cancer Team, and everyone at Tour de Cure in continuing the fight to beat cancer.

Cobbled Nights 2026 is not just an event. It’s a powerful reminder that we’re not alone in this fight - and that together, we’re stronger.

We are proud to support. Honoured to share. Grateful to be part of Cobbled Nights for Cancer.
